Patterson Forge Superior 8" Chef Knife - Semi-Custom

Designed with a slight bend in the front 1/3 of the blade, the Lake 
Series Superior Chef is an all around blade designed for every 
cook’s kitchen. Superior for most every task. An all around blade. 
It has a bit more height from the spine to heal to assist with 
rocking motions. However, the heal has more of a flat than most 
and works very nicely with push and pull cuts too. 
Good for generally all things. Meats, produce, cheese fish and 
more. But not packages.
