When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note we are a family-run business with a little toddler, so delays can occur.

Where is my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number after your order is processed via email (Check your junk folder!). If your tracking status has not been updated after receiving it, that means we have not dropped it off to the mail carrier. Please be patient =]

I need my order expedited. Can you do that?

Email or DM us BEFORE placing your order. Additional shipping charges will be charged.

Why does it seem like there are not a lot of knives on your website?

We do not have the capacity to offer our entire inventory on this website at this time. If there is something specific you are looking for, email or DM us.

I need to cancel my order. Help!

Please notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled as we sometimes process orders as soon as it has been received. If you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged a 3% restocking fee. This helps to cover our CC proccessing fee that we are automatically charged when you place an order. Please be sure before placing your order that you want to commit to the order.

Tracking says "Delivered" but I do not have my order. What do I do?

We are not responsible for your order after it has been handed off to the designated shipping courier. Please contact them directly as we have no ability to process shipping claims. Please be sure your shipping address has a secure receptacle/designated area for deliveries.

Order says "Shipped" and it has been a few days. I have not received my order. Where is it?

Shipping delays can occur which our beyond our control (such as weather delays, etc.) Sometimes, packages can get re-routed for unknown reasons. Please contact us and we will try to help.
