Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Please note that we are a family-run small business with a toddler, so delays can occur. If so, it is not intentional and we apologize in advance. If this happens, we will reach out to you.

You will receive tracking once your order is processed.

Please do not contact us to change your address after your order is placed. This is a time consuming process to do and something we want to avoid. Ensure your information is correct before you place your order.

You have the option for FREE GROUND SHIPPING at checkout if your order is over $150. Make sure to select this option, otherwise, we will choose how to ship your order out.

We cannot control shipping delays once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier. You will not be refunded on shipping costs if your order arrives late. Delays can occur, especially in bad weather, peak holiday seasons or during other systematic issues. 

You have the option to insure your order at checkout. 

We do not ship internationally.
